Israel Kalman – President & CEO
- Over
the past 30 years, Israel Kalman was engaged with the Israeli Hi-Tech
industry accumulating successful and intensive experience in researching,
developing and implementing state-of-the-art wireless and RFID solutions and
products. After serving five years in the IDF Signal Corps as a radio
communication systems engineer, Israel joined Tadiran Ltd. where he served
for over two decades in various key positions, the last position was Vice
President of Business Development and Transportation Management Systems, at
Tadiran Telematics Ltd.
During the years Israel has developed products and business plans
that generated revenues of several hundreds of Millions of USD. The products
line consisted of: Public Transportation Management Systems (Warsaw Poland),
Free Flow Electronic Toll Collection (Cross Israel Highway), Electronic Bill
of Lading for Cargo Train Wagons (China & India), Electronic License Plates,
Contract Monitoring and many other wireless products.
Since 2002, Israel Kalman if fully dedicated to developing and
promoting RFID products and implementations.
Reuben Fuchs – Senior VP Marketing & Sales – Over the past 24
years, Reuben was engaged with the Hi-Tech industry accumulating successful
and intensive experience in technology R&D, projects management, marketing
and sales activities both in the Israeli and the global markets.
Reuben brings to the company extensive international sales
experience, excellent persuasion, negotiation and closing skills, experience
and knowledge of RFID technologies, players and markets, strong engineering
background and the ability to create and maintain long-term relationships
with military and commercial clients.
During the years, Reuben served in key marketing and sales positions
in El-OP, Azimuth Technologies and Adamtech.
Reuben's last position was as the business line manager in Power
Paper, responsible for creating new markets for the Smart Active Labels
division. In that position Reuben acquired experience in developing
international business and cooperation with world leaders in RFID technology
and business, identifying new markets and potential customers.
Reuben holds B.Sc. in Physics (1980), and joined ETCOM at Jan 2004.
Israel Radomsky - Mr. Radomsky has more than thirty years
hi-tech management experience and proven record of starting managing and
raising funds for an high-tech company. He holds ten granted patents, and
awarded twice the Israeli Defense Award (73 and 78). He is recognized world
wide as an expert in Local Positioning Technologies and Products, and
contributor to ANSI 731 standard as well.
Mr. Radomsky was the founder, president and CEO of
ELPAS (www.elpas.com) which was
the world’s leading company combining Infra Red (IR), Radio Frequency (RF)
and LF (Low Frequency) technologies to provide cost effective wireless
systems (tags, readers network and management software) to locate people or
assets.
ELPAS was managed by Mr. Radomsky for about 12
years and were acquired by Visonic Technologies (www.visonictech.com).
Prior to founding ELPAS he was in charge for the
R&D departments of the IMI Systems Division (Electronics, Mechanical,
Simulation, electro-optics and aerodynamics), which supported the R&D
projects of the Division (air launched guided missile, laser beam rider
ground to ground missile, smart munitions, electro optic jamming, etc.).
Mr. Radomsky holds BSc of Electronics, the
Technion, Haifa Israel
Dudi Levanon – Chairman – D. Levanon served
25 years in the Israeli Air Force and retired as a Colonel. D. Levanon holds
an MBA Economics & Business Administration degree. Since his retirement from
the Air Force, D. Levanon was the General Manager of two industrial plants
and acted as an independent business entrepreneur. D. Levanon joined ETCOM
at 2003.
